Lorena Santos is a bilingual project, program, and operations consultant with more than 12 years of experience helping organizations manage complex initiatives and turn strategic priorities into action. Her experience spans economic development, nonprofit organizations, private-sector businesses, community initiatives, and cross-sector partnerships.
Throughout her career, Lorena has managed programs, strategic initiatives, stakeholder relationships, leadership meetings, events, communications, budgets, grants, and cross-functional projects involving multiple organizations and competing priorities. Her strength is bringing structure to complexity: identifying what needs to happen, determining who owns it, creating systems to track progress, and keeping people moving toward the goal.
Through S&H Advisory Group, Lorena provides organizations with experienced, flexible capacity when they need senior-level support but may not need another full-time position.
